Skywatch Friday :
Following on from yesterday’s post on Elephant Hide of Knysna Guest Lodge, I thought I would carry on by sharing sky photos over the Knysna Lagoon on the early morning hubby and I left to make our way to Oudsthoorn (not before doubling back to Plettenberg Bay to experience the Elephant Sanctuary at The Crags)

Looking at these shots the lodge seems to be ideally situated to get that perfect sunset. Why did you ever drive up and down so much?
Firefly …. we drove up and down so much because we’d never been to Knysna before and we needed to see as much as we could (hopefully we’ll go back again!) .. and it’s a guest lodge (B&B) so needed to eat in between breakfasts !!! Yes, I would imagine sunsets would be perfect .. we had rain rain and rain – two mornings of sunshine/partly sunshine .. then rain rain rain … no sunsets for us!!
Absolutely spectacular.
beautiful
I am impressed. You didn’t have to go far to get some fabulous shots!
MOST WONDERFUL
The sky’s a most wonderful thing,
Enjoyed by both peasant and king;
No matter the eye
That sees the bright sky,
The proper response is to sing!
